Bloomtools launches in Newcastle to help local businesses

Businesses in the Newcastle area now have an expert internet partner to help them get great results online, with Bloomtools Newcastle opening recently.

Local businessman Glenn Cooper could see the need in his area for a reliable website development company, so he partnered with national franchise brand Bloomtools to bring this to Newcastle.

“I’ve worked in marketing for many years, so I’d heard the statistics that 80% of consumers research online before they buy instore.  I knew a lot of local businesses were missing out on these customers because their websites are outdated and ineffective,” said Glenn.

“I wanted to help them capture this market and grow their business, so I found Bloomtools, a company that shares my passion for business and the internet, and joined forces with them to launch a Newcastle franchise”.

Bloomtools is a national website development and internet marketing franchise that has been building functional online solutions for small to medium businesses since 2004.  Glenn’s Newcastle franchise is Bloomtools’ third since it began franchising in late 2007.

“I chose to become a Bloomtools franchisee because I believe in their products and also because my strong points are business and marketing, not website development – so while I’m out working with my clients to grow their business, the Bloomtools team are doing all the technical work for me,” said Glenn.

“They have teams of software engineers and graphic designers that create the websites for my clients – each unique site is built using software that Bloomtools developed in-house and the project management team makes sure it’s delivered on time and to budget, which means I always look professional”.

Glenn was drawn to Bloomtools over other website development franchises because of their passion for what they do.

“As soon as I met the team, I was blown away by how passionate they are about the internet and how businesses should be using it.  The whole team just lives and breathes it so they are always on top of the latest trends and they really inspire me to get results for my clients,” said Glenn.

“I also love the fact that I’m not just their sales person – it’s a real business that I have the freedom to grow my own way.  I have the business administration system which means I can run the business from pretty much anywhere and I can have my own office and hire staff as soon as I’m ready to.”

The Bloomtools business administration system is an online program that connects franchisees to HQ and streamlines the day-to-day running of their business.  It allows them to manage their client communication, projects and support needs, create instant quotes and invoices and track sales performance and KPIs all in one simple system.

Bloomtools franchisees get this system, as well as 2 weeks intensive training and ongoing business coaching to help them grow their business.  The expert team at Bloomtools HQ also provides technical support and marketing programs for franchisees.

“I’m really excited to own my own business in such a growing industry, I’m proud to be part of the Bloomtools team and  I can’t wait to help local businesses reap the rewards of the internet,” said Glenn.
